Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. The domain www.yangziexplorer.org is hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Us".
We designed this website to help you plan and manage your personal travel. While we encourage you to browse and share our services, the content including pricing, itineraries, and availability is the result of significant effort by us and our partners. You are more than welcome to save, print, and share copies of your personal travel itineraries for yourself and your companions. To ensure the accuracy of our data and the quality of our service, please do not use this information for commercial resale or redistribution without a formal partnership with us.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the total booking value and the date the written notice is received by the Company.
Gratuities for onboard staff and excursion guides are not included in the cruise fare. We believe that tipping should be based on your personal experience and the quality of service received during your journey.
All passengers must be aboard the vessel no later than 60 minutes before the scheduled sailing time. It is the passenger's responsibility to arrive on time. Yangzi Explorer shall not be required to refund any portion of the fare paid by any passenger who fails for any reason to be on board at the time of departure from the port of embarkation or any port of call. The Company shall not be responsible for lodging, meals, transportation, or other expenses incurred by the passenger as a result of missing the departure. Consequently, Yangzi Explorer shall have no obligation to deviate from any scheduled sailing or port of call.
Refunds will not be made to any cruise passengers who must leave the cruise prematurely for any reason.
Given the unpredictable nature of international travel, we strongly recommend that guests of the Yangzi Explorer purchase comprehensive travel insurance. A full policy should cover trip cancellation and interruption, medical expenses, travel delays, baggage loss, and personal injury.
In the event of a strike, flood, shallow water, weather conditions, or any other force majeure, Yangzi Explorer may at any time and without prior notice cancel, advance, postpone, or deviate from any scheduled sailing or port of call. The Company may, but is not obliged to, substitute another vessel or port of call and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to passengers by reason of such cancellation, advancement, postponement, deviation, or substitution.
